Witty Youngman has been performing since 2012. She is a descendant of King Island Inupiat and an enrolled member of the Fort Peck Sioux tribe.

Fourth born of ten rascal kids, Witty is the only musician and performer in her generation.
I grew up in a really small house with multiple generations living together, that’s normal where I am from. In my culture, it is a regular thing to spend a lot of your time with your grandparents, and I realize how lucky I am to have had that. I know where I come from and I am not afraid of not knowing where I am going.

Art is what you make it. You are only as good as the time and energy you put into it, and you will never be as young or as capable as you are today. Keep learning, keep growing, and you will be better than you were yesterday!

Influenced by old soul and blues, Witty’s vocals are deep yet ethereal. You have to experience it to believe it.

Witty has been learning guitar since she was 14. Fingerpicking is her style, but has been studying jazz, blues, reggae, and even punk.

Witty also works as an artist, working in watercolor and calligraphy. Her Inkwork is personal and unique and is gifted to many friends and family for birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries.
